Interesting little article on how the Katrina tragedy has had an interesting affect on the nation's most deeply rooted state. As people were forced out of NOLA and southern Lousiana, they witnessed (an often better) life as it was elsewhere withing our union. Now, as they return to rebuild--they are demanding more accountability....
