Coffee | Move over, espresso | Economist.com : "inverse"
This reminds me of my local independent shop, Murky Coffee, which insists on roasting at a more mild level than the super-dark roasts pushed by Starbucks. Interesting indeed--it'll be nice if this contraption does take off, since regular brewed coffee is just atrocious just about everywhere, including many Starbucks.
