Scots in general :) Their wicked accent, their reddish hair, their history, their kilts, the tattoos, the grittines of Glasgow ... I don't like haggis though ;) Although, I have to admit this is a bit of an exaggeration and I basically like all the 'Island' music that comes from 'working class environment'. And Leeds being one of the biggest industrial cities, it definitely provides the setting for some great music.
"When life itself seems lunatic, who knows where madness lies? Perhaps to be too practical may be madness. To surrender dreams, this may be madness ...Maddest of all is to see life as it is and not as it should be." -Miguel de Cervantes

I'd say Glasgow. But only 'cause I like Scots better.
The question then becomes: which Scots? Or just their wicked accents and all that haggis and Scotch? Not that I am stereotyping or anything....
