Is that a word? "somnus" is the latin...
Researching and assessing the legitimacy and influence of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in the context of legal, political, and societal spheres is not particularly easy. Especially when combined with intense super day format job interviews. But it's time to give all that a whirl.... at least it's received renewed interest of sorts with the recent apprehension of Gotovina, which is an interesting and ambiguous discussion in and of itself. Rather difficult to formulate concrete opinions when half a world away without more discussion and research.
Hopefully I'll return to prolific nonsense (hmm that sounds like a good title) in a week's time. Then forward to a holiday season dashing madcap about the Eastern seaboard.
I leave you with a few baubles of anticipation and enlightenment: Syriana, thejerk.org, It's Not Easy Being Green: And Other Things to Consider, The Russian Dolls--loose sequel to L'Auberge Espagnole, lavender infused martinis and creme brulées, archive.org, and indie-rock favorites Neutral Milk Hotel and the Decembrists.
