Lyrics of the Moment

I was twenty-one years when I wrote this song.
I’m twenty-two now but I won’t be for long
Time hurries on.
And the leaves that are green turn to brown,
And they wither with the wind,
And they crumble in your hand.

.....at least I have.... being old enough to rent a car to still look forward to!

Hmm...forgot about the car rental milestone in three years. Are we then considered adults only when we obtain this final right? However, we do have to wait longer before we could legally be elected to Congress, and 35 is the minimum for the White House. After that I guess it is all downhill... I mean, Harvard won't even give tenure to anyone over 50 anymore (even faculty who started at other institutions) With that in mind, happy birthday.
